1. PC Repair Terms
Liability Disclaimer
James Industries LLC is not responsible for data loss, hardware failure, or system issues that occur during diagnostics or repair. Customers are advised to back up all important data before bringing in their device.
Labor Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty on labor for repairs. This warranty is void if the device is tampered with, physically damaged, or infected with malware after service.
Abandoned Devices
Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after service completion will be considered abandoned and may be recycled, sold, or disposed of to recover service costs.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, card, or other approved payment methods. Late payments may result in additional fees.
Software & Licensing
James Industries does not install or activate pirated software. All software installations must be licensed and legally obtained.
2. Custom PC Build Terms
Build Process
All PC builds are made to order. Parts are selected with customer input and approval. Once parts are ordered and payment is received, no changes can be made.
Payment & Refunds
Custom PC builds require full payment upfront. Due to the personalized nature of the service, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided if a part becomes unavailable.
Warranty
All hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We provide a 30-day labor warranty covering assembly and testing. This does not include damage caused by misuse, third-party repairs, overclocking, or improper software installations.
Performance Disclaimer
Performance benchmarks provided during consultation are estimates. Actual performance may vary depending on usage, software environment, internet speed, and other variables.
Shipping
We test all systems prior to delivery. If shipping is requested, James Industries LLC is not liable for damage during transit. Shipping insurance is recommended.
3. General Business Policies
Pricing Disclaimer
All pricing is subject to change depending on the specific condition of the device or system. We will always provide a clear estimat before beginning any work.
Support After Service
We offer limited basic support (up to 14 days) after any repair or build delivery. Additional support or setup services may be billed at our standard rate.
