1. PC Repair Terms


Liability Disclaimer

James Industries LLC is not responsible for data loss, hardware failure, or system issues that may occur during diagnostics or repair. Customers are strongly encouraged to back up all important data prior to service.

Labor Warranty

All repair labor is covered by a 30-day warranty. This warranty becomes void if:

Abandoned Devices

Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after service completion will be considered abandoned and may be recycled, sold, or disposed of to recover service costs.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or approved alternatives. Late payments may result in additional fees.

Software & Licensing

James Industries LLC does not install, activate, or support unlicensed or pirated software. All software installations must be legally owned by the customer.

2. Custom PC Build Terms


Build Process

All builds are made to order. Parts are selected with customer approval prior to purchase. Once parts are ordered and payment is received, changes cannot be made.

Payment & Refunds

Custom PC builds require full payment upfront. Due to the personalized nature of these builds, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if a selected part becomes unavailable.

Warranty

All hardware is protected under the manufacturer's warranty. James Industries provides a 30-day labor warranty covering assembly and testing. This warranty does not cover:

Benchmark results and performance discussions are estimates. Actual performance varies depending on workload, software environment, and system configuration.

Shipping

All systems are tested prior to delivery. If shipping is requested, James Industries LLC is not responsible for damage incurred during transit. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended.

Support After Service

We offer up to 14 days of basic support after a repair or custom build delivery. Additional support or advanced troubleshooting may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
